Having a baby is a natural process!

I started this blog because I think it is important to have a attitude about having babies that would be far from fear! I wanted to get some ideas out in our society that having babies is a natural process! Our society has made it into a medical ordeal, and I would like our young women to realize that it is a natural and wonderful process, so that when they are ready to have children they won't be so afraid of it!

This blog is about living in a healthy environment, with body, mind and spirit!

When I use the word natural I am not saying you have to be a tree hugger or go living off the land. I am basically talking about TRYING not to put a lot of toxins and chemicals into your body! And having a positive attitude not negative, which is toxic to the body! I am also not saying you have to be perfect at it all either. All girls and women need to try to keep a healthy body, if they plan to have children some day! If not now, sometime in the future! I basically wanted to start this blog to have a place to talk about preparing to have a baby, and pregnancy and labor and delivery!And how to be healthy after having a baby! I didn't start this for controversy or to discuss if having a baby in the hospital is better than home births! That is completely up the the mother and father and the Lord! I started this blog because I am really interested in being healthy! I also wanted to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies! I wanted to learn it for myself and not have to trust someone else to keep me and my babies healthy! I wanted take resposibility for my health, and not blame some one else for the way my health is! It is really important to me! But it doesn't mean that I am perfect at it! It is an ongoing process! I am always having to remind myself to eat better and to be healthier and living a life that I want! It is an ongoing process for me I have to always remind myself by studing about health all the time so I don't get distracted!!!
